What does the school offer to my child
Dance offers a sense of movement, co-ordination, freedom of expression, discipline and physical activity outside of school. It also helps encourage confidence and a sense of achievement.
What should my child wear?
On their first lesson, anything comfortable, similar to that worn to Gym or Games. Probably bare feet, unless its Tap. Then its best to wear shoes or if we can lend the child a pair of Tap shoes we will.
We then have a Uniform List held by Stage Door in Elm Grove and the Leotards are ordered by us.
We also have logo wear ordered through ‘SewKatyDid'
Will I be allowed to stay and watch?
Each child is different, so if it helps your child to settle in, we welcome parents to watch. Normally it only takes one or two lessons.
